Dots & Stripes

I adore all the images that All that scraps sell and it's great that they do digi images so I can still have these yummy products without paying postage as they come straight to my pc no waiting for the postie! I've done this card for this weeks Wednesday challenge which is Dots and stripes. The papers I've had for ages and have great big retro dots and some wavy stripes so I hope it counts. Love the balloon images, coloured with copics and the balloon blinged up with some glitter. The sentiment is a rub-on that I bought with the papers as a set.
